4. Training Content & Certificates

Training modules, quizzes, and certificates are provided for professional development purposes. Access to specific content may depend on your employer, quiz completion requirements, and administrative approval. Certificates are issued based on successful completion of assessments and applicable platform rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent quiz rules, sharing account credentials, uploading malicious content, or using the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

6. Data & Privacy

We process account and training data to deliver our services, verify business identity, issue certificates, and communicate with you. By using the platform, you consent to such processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including training materials, branding, and software, remains the property of Humanics Business Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humanics Business Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
